KNB Tires

My best friend and I had a great experience here getting a couple tires, really appreciate the friendly and quick service 6 month update: just stopped by a few days ago for a tire on my personal vehicle, the tires on my bestie's car have held up incredibly. Still impressed by the patience and quality.

Horrible experience. I bought a tire here 4 days ago, was promised it was in good condition, and it blew with my kids in the car last night. Sidewall ripped on the outside. When I called the owner, he argued with me, yelled at me and told me it was my fault that he sold me a faulty tire. He did not offer any solutions or empathy for the danger his product put my children in. When I came to rectify the situation this morning, the owner was over an hour late and made nothing but excuses on the phone, saying he was only concerned he'd be sued. Now that I know his only concern is his problems and not his business or the safety of his customers, I will be pursuing further legal action if there is no solution to this problem. Do not use this place for any reason whatsoever. Bad investment, bad business, despicable attitude from the owner. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER treat a client the way I was treated this morning. Disrespectful and money hungry. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I feel bad for the guy, Donny, who helped me the day I bought the tire, for having to work for a guy like this. Hopefully this business will choose to make their mistake right. went to get my tires unmounted and mounted on new rims. I got did an amazing job. Super friendly done in a very good time would go back every single time.
