Very poor customer service. I went to the deli counter and politely said ‘good morning,’ but the employee looked at me and completely ignored me. I stood there waiting to order, and she continued walking around as if I didn’t exist. Another employee came over and also ignored me. This was extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. I left my basket and walked out. I do not recommend this supermarket to anyone. I only went there because it is close to my home, but I will not be returning.”

Key Food Supermarkets in The Bronx has been an important part of the neighborhood for over 30 years, and it’s great to see how well they continue to serve the community. I truly appreciate the recent renovations, which have made the store feel cleaner, brighter, and more modern while still keeping the familiar neighborhood feel. The prices are very reasonable, and it’s easy to find good deals on everyday items. The staff is always kind, helpful, and welcoming, which makes shopping there a pleasant experience. Key Food remains a reliable, community-focused supermarket that I’m happy to continue supporting.

The food is not fresh. High price and low Quality. Not like shoprite or stop and shop. They have a bagging assistant and they always look for tips. The area needs better stores with better quality!

Went last night to buy a pound of boars head hard salami. Then this morning when I was making breakfast, I noticed they gave me a genetic salami but I got charged for the boars head hard salami. I went this morning to complain to the manager and all he did was go get an employee to resolve the issue for me. No apology whatsoever. The employee who resolved the issue for me told me that the guy who gave me the wrong salami, does it on purpose to a lot of customers!

Horrible service I place a delivery yesterday and I’m still haven’t gotten my groceries , I try calling the store and nobody answered the phone .
