Walked in and immediately treated me like a woman who didn’t know what she was talking about. Got my car fixed before a 6 hour road trip. They laughed and charged $1000 to fix the problem. Not even 2 hours into the trip my check engine light comes on and my car is misfiring. Go to autozone to find out the problem is not fixed at all. Not to mention they didn’t put mats in my floorboards so mud was everywhere! 0 stars if i could. Don’t see how they’re still in business.
Yankee from New Jersey here. Back in October we drove down from New Jersey in a Town & Country to visit some family in the area. A couple days before we were to leave and head back to NJ, I realized that my Town & Country was feeling pretty weird. I'm talking lots of squeaking and lots of vibrations, to a point where I really wasn't confident I could safely drive the van. After some effort, I also realized that it is hard to find a place to take a car on short notice. Thankfully I eventually found my way to Kaz's Garage, who was willing to take a look. Understandably, there was still a bit of a queue in front of me, but they were able to diagnose that one of my front brakes was frozen and took care of it in a matter of a couple days, and more importantly in time for our planned drive back to NJ on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I'm glad to say that my Town & Country handled the Parkway with no braking issues, and I honestly was able to keep up with BMW through the twists and turns. I can't say that Kaz's Garage saved my life and the lives of my family, but certainly they gave me the confidence and peace of mind to drive home. Thank you!
I went to Kaz’s on a friend’s recommendation to have a leaky hose replaced on my 2007 Honda CRV. I also had a disturbing noise under the hood as well. They fixed all of it for a reasonable price and I had it back the next morning. I will go back to them next time I need a repair.
Kaz's was highly recommended by parts manager @ dealership for excellent workmanship and they live up to this reputation with OUTSTANDING results! My 1999 Chevy Suburban required rather involved repairs and they readily took on the challenge, despite the service advisor at the local dealership telling me my 22yr old vehicle was too old for the dealership to work on. Kaz's also performed my oil change while they had my Suburban and ALL of the work was completed in LESS THAN 24 HRS from the time I dropped off my Suburban. FANTASTIC experience and results ! ! !
I have a 93 f150 that would not start. Kaz picked up ($90) and took to shop. Gas was very low. My wood trim on dash was broken, right mirror broken. They ran gas down below empty and I have inj. Problems from trash. They had to spray start fluid to get started when I picked up. The next day my left rear wheel ran of. I called owner and he was very beligrent. Would not advise using kaz
