Unique food options for a cafe with good coffee and a nice modern vibe. I enjoyed the ambiance and the high tables right next to the window which run most of the length of the restaurant. The spicy chicken sandwich was of good size. The sauce was sufficiently spicy without being overwhelming and has a deep chili flavor that melded beautifully with the chicken. The chicken had this nice tender fattiness about it and the egg was a nice touch. The greens cut that richness and the bread was nice and soft. It was very tasty and filling. My wife enjoyed her avocado toast, pretty standard. I will say, It is on the pricey side but enjoyed this place overall
This place is a Must-try! I have been to many cafes in LA, Portland, and Seattle; this cafe is one of the best that I have tried. Modern, clean, spacious, and chic ambiance with surprisingly great coffee and food. A perfect place to stop by for just a cup of coffee, to have breakfast/brunch, or to hang out with friends for lunch with an amazing Korean-American food. Their flavored lattes and avocado toast were delicious; I could tell that they use fresh ingredients. Korean food items were flavorful and very impressive, and I know a thing or two about Korean food from living in LA for a long time. Staff and owner/chef were courteous, welcoming, and accommodating. Hope they open for longer hours, but the sign says they adjusted their hours due to short staff. I will definitely be back and more!
Such good food!! The flavors are always spot on & the portions are huge. We just tried their expanded dinner menu and loved every single bite, will be back soon! ????????
Great food and great boba tea! Love the atmosphere! Highly recommend trying their food!
2 years ago I would have give it 5 stars. I came back recently & found that prices have increased a lot while the food portions are smaller, especially the beef bibimbap noodle. Just too little meat for the price compared to other restaurants with the same price point. I feel that the meat can be doubled & the cafe can still be profitable. The cafe can lower the expenses by hiring fewer people & introducing self check-out machines like the cafes in Korea. If the price is good, people will be back continuously, we all need to eat 3 times a day lol. The cafe can also introduce green tea desserts, like green tea cheesecakes, ice creams, cakes. Those items will be unique in Grand Rapids and the pricing/portion will less likely to be compared to other restaurants. The interior is still very nice, for those who don't mind paying more for the nice environment. My reviews are mostly for foodies & mainly focus on "pricing vs food quality/portion"
