K-Wash K-9 Wash

Paid for the $10 automatic car wash, did a terrible job. Pulled into a regular bay, worked great. $5 got us 12 minutes. Trash cans were overflowing at the vacuum, we didn't bother with it. Skip the automatic.

Tried to use the automatic car wash said 9 charged me 9.50 and never got anything didn't work. No phone number how do you contact them for refund.

I paid 10.00 for the auto wash. It was 9.00 and it gave me .75 cents back in change and the wash moved around the car but nothing came out. I would have called if there was a number but I did not find one. Worst place ever!

If I could get this place a negative I would. Was over there last week to run by Walmart stopped to wash my car and noticed that both the automatic car washes were down so I went to the self-service one next to it. I swiped my card and pushed the button like it said and nothing happened it just kept saying to deposit coins. I swiped my card again thinking I didn't do it right and again nothing happened. I went to the one next to it because someone was in there and I figured that one would work when they left I pulled in and swiped my card, pushed the button and again nothing happened so I left and eventually went to C&J car wash. I called the number to this car wash and was told that they no longer ran it. They gave me the number to the new owner so I called it and left a voicemail about what happened. I waited until the next day and left a text message for the same number and again didn't hear back. It was the following day or the day after I tried calling again and got in contact with a man who told me he would contact the owner and have the owner contact me which still hasn't happened. He also told me that when you swipe your card it automatically takes $10 and after you wash your car it will give the rest back if you don't use it so beware that that is how it works when you go there. Have still been waiting to hear something back on the $30 they owe me and $30 don't seem like much but for a single mom on a fixed income it is a lot. I've learned my lesson and will never use a card to wash my car again I might possibly never use a car wash again and just take it and wash it with the water hose and soap and bucket.

Tried two different stalls Neither worked at all Would not spray would not do anything. I need to know how to get ahold of these people.They took $15 off My card and the car wash didn't even work I'm not from around that town But I will be back if someone knows how to get ahold of the owner
