Glass House Car Wash

The soap dispenser breaks down a lot. Sometimes the rinse doesn't work right. Even the dryer will cut off early. If you use the everwash app for them its not uncommon for the scan not to work and you have to wait until the next day

I just went through this car wash tonight, and it broke the antennae on the roof. I heard something while the big brushes and those heavy straps were going over my car, and then when I got out of my car I saw the antennae was snapped off at the base. I've been through that car wash with the same car many times with no problems, so obviously there is something wrong with the machinery now. I can't find a phone number, so I'm leaving a message here. Fix the machinery!

The car wash is pretty expensive considering the other options in the area. Vacuums are $2.00 and don't suction very well. The vacuum station is dual sides and I do like that. It says you get a free vacuum token with a wash but I haven't received one the two times I have gone thru. The actual wash damaged my car and since no attendant is on duty, I tried to call the number but nobody had returned a call. I will take my business to Cascade or Green lantern from now on. The only plus side is it's well lit at night and on a busy road so I feel fairly safe.

I wish I would've read the recent reviews. I paid $14 for an all inclusive car wash. The underbody carriage cleaner didn't work. The entire car wash lasted less than 30 seconds. The hood and trunk were still dirty. The wash only did one pass forward and one pass back. Then I used a token for the vacuum. The suction was terrible. AVOID this place!!!

Brush popped off denting our vehicle when we reported it not a thing came back. Rude service work there.
