My first time bringing my son there was pleasant. Second time his appointment was at 1pm. He wasn't called back until 1:50!! Mind you I need to take him out of school for these appointments!! Not even an apology nothing!!!! He's 8, no fear of the dentist but they strapped him down like he was 2!! Gave him gas and Novocaine !! For a filling!! I need to find a new dentist!!

The office staff were pleasant. Now for the cons; First, the sealants placed caused a cooked bite and headaches. Trying to contact them about it proved fruitless. They never returned calls about this topic. Next, when the bill came they said that the patients were not covered by insurance. I compared their dental codes to other offices and they charge 60-400% more than other offices after comparing competing offices dental codes. They directly said that they can charge whatever they want! I ended up paying nearly $2000 for cleaning and a couple of sealants. After a couple of months of back and forth calls from their billing department, they admitted that insurance did pay some for the bill. Then they stated that the office isn't contracted with the patients insurance. However; their office is a contracted provider on the insurance website. Then after another few months I had to argue the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from the patients insurance and sent it to the dental office multiple times. From the EOB it stated that the dental office is only allowed to bill the patients less than half of what was initially paid. The billing department said that if a refund is due then only up to $300 will be offered. They also said that they don't initiate refunds, the person who paid with the original form of payment needs to contact them and initiate the refund. Finally, after talking to the regional billing director, I finally was understood that they over charged me the "allowed" amount from the EOB and that their dental office is a contracted provider. The director agreed and had to calculate the refund. When all was said and done they issued 94% of the total overpayment amount, which was roughly 60% of the initial $2000 paid (It's not worth fighting for the last $50). The service wasn't great (had to be adjusted by another dentist), the billing department doesn't have all the tools required to complete their job (if their mistake wasn't caught by me and acted upon by me then they would have kept an extra $1000ish and done nothing about it). It took nearly five months of emails and phone calls and my explaining their mistake several times to multiple people, to cause action and for them to admit their mistake and issue a refund. They received one star from this review, because in the end they finally admitted their mistake. If you need more stories of ..... less than great experiences.... from this office, talk to their former employees. Past employees detail many issues that will make you want to shower in disinfectant after visiting this office.

I would like to start off by saying that the staff and Dentist were extremely professional and polite. The issue occurred due to the Explanation of Benefits. Prior to the service, I had asked a few questions to ensure my out pocket responsibility. Once the explanation of benefits was received, the practice billed me for every single procedure code that was not paid at 100%. I was blindsided! These were the questions that I had asked prior to the service. Not to mention, benefit details should be explained to all patients regardless if they ask. When I questioned the billing department, they were extremely rude, not apologetic, and all they cared was to collect every cent that my insurance didn't reimburse. Which was more then the cash price. I even asked if the billing department had a certification or a degree because these are simple questions I asked prior. I was delivered a certified letter a couple days later saying our views do not align and they will no longer see my son. I would highly recommend seeking service from another practice, until they get a qualified individual who can properly explain covered services, benefit details, and in network coverage versus out of network coverage.

The staff are always very kind and accommodating with my son who is autistic and freaks out every time we are there. It is great to know he will always be treated with gentle kindness! What a great place!
