Jalisco Restaurant

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food was terrible, I wasn’t even given what I asked for and what I did get the sour cream looked absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. I ate a few bites of what they actually gave me even though it was wrong and I got the worst stomach cramps EVER. I’m never coming back to this place, plus it’s overpriced for the garbage they serve. I would rather eat taco bell or chipotle. If I was able to give no stars I would.

Jalisco is fairly busy, and their turnover of food is very good. Whenever I dine in the food is always hot and made to order. I would say they're an above par Mexican restaurant that has good service and serves really good food. The Steak Burrito and the Chile Relleno taco will not disappoint ????

Food is decent for price. What upsetting, ever since wait staff changed. Service is not ???? the same. For example I call in for my order and no answer. Before phone call used to be answered immediately. I do have an out of state number but that's never been the problem. It's the the first time it happens. I called from my fiance number. Answered right away.

OWNERS PLEASE READ!! I've been coming here for 2 decades and always enjoyed dining in or doing takeout. Recently the staff has changed and they are extremely rude and don't smile unless you have colored skin. I'm beyond disturbed by that behavior of going in smiling and the reaction from the staff is just a blank stare along with attitude. I always tip generously when I get good service but these people need to get observed and replaced with more polite staff. I understand ppl have bad days and I still tip but coming in evertime and getting the same treatment from staff in unacceptable and I will not tip for bad service!!!!

Just visited yesterday ,food is low quality, the service is non attentive.they just throw the hot sauce and chips in front of you and leave. Prices are not fair especially when you’re getting low quality meat . The beans look red like they are mixed with chorizo . And plenty of cross contamination due to using same spatula for all meats. No gloves are worn either. Stay away.
