Ghawar restaurant

I drove past this place many times. Finally my wife and I decided to give it a try. It was a pleasant surprise. The place is clean and the smell is appetite’s opening. the falafel was amazing with a crispy outside but moist on the inside. The foul and Mosabaha were a home run. My only complaint, the cashier over charged my $11. I did not realize that until I got home. Lessons learned, double check your bill before you pay. We're definitely coming back again!

I've been driving past this place for months and finally stopped in with my family since our usual go-to places were fully booked. Now I wish I'd tried this place sooner. What stood out right when I walked in was how clean the restaurant smelled, which is pretty rare for small places like this. As for the food, the falafel was amazing with a crispy outside but not dry at all inside. So many places serve them completely dried out and crumbly. My young son loved the chicken, which was a big surprise since he's usually pretty picky. He finished the fries too. I really liked the shish tawook. It has this subtle curry flavor that was definitely worth trying. My wife thought their rotisserie half chicken was great. The hummus actually has a chickpea flavor and doesn't just taste like tahini which is what it tastes like at other places. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they even gave us water bottles without us asking, at no charge. Little things like that matter. What makes it even better is that their prices were much lower than similar restaurants in the area. We're definitely coming back again!

The best food in town.. I tried both breakfast and dinner at this restaurant and both times were a superb experience and food. The every price of food made with exquisite cooking and spices. This is one, if not the best barbecue (mashawee) we had, my wife said. Generous portions, delicious taste, very friendly staff. This is the place to go for middle eastern food.

We appreciate this traditional restaurant for its authentic flavors, which truly evoke the essence of Palestine. While the food is delightful, the kuba could be improved. The pricing is reasonable, but we were surprised to see an automatic tip of $8.99 added to the bill. It would be helpful if such charges were clearly communicated to customers in advance.

I loved this place! Everything was delicious but their falafel was so tasty and my friends loved the grilled meat platter. The seasoned rice was an unexpected star! The theme of this Palestinian restaurant was so cool and I loved the immediate good vibes when we walked in. The service was welcoming and fast and we were treated with black mint tea at the end of our meal! I can't recommend El Ghawar Restaurant enough!
