Always a hit, never a miss. Every lady there is amazing at what they do but I'm giving a huge shout out to Vonda Jo. She always leaves me in tears I look so good.

Vonda did an AMAZING job with my cut and color. The first 10 minutes of the appointment was spent discussing my hair care routine, color options, and my work/home schedule to get an idea of what works best for ME. No other salon I've been to has that kind of attention to detail and customer service. The salon is warm and inviting. They offer a wide variety of complement snacks and drinks -another pleasant surprise. I have already booked my next appointment. I have found my salon!

Beautiful/relaxing/clean I've been going here for ~2 years Mallory and Elaina are both super talented hairstylist. Both have done a wonderful job with my hair.

I'm not thrilled with the $15 increase in price.

It was my lucky day when I entered the Impressions Salon for the first time and Vonda Jo Whaley was the beautician. She not only cut my hair perfectly but she mixed my hair color spot on without any problems. I am an Impressions Salon patron since then (5 years) and Vonda is my beautician of choice every time. The Impressions Salon is a professional shop but everyone is very friendly and helpful. Customer service is the best around. I have/would recommend this salon and any of its stylists to anyone looking for the perfect hair salon experience. Ask for Vonda Jo!
