A beautiful memorial. A place that makes me humble as I think about the many people taken by the hurricane. Many people who were never identified.
Hurricane Katrina memorial was a very well thought out memorial. I love the trees for the outer ring. So many lives are lost, I am thankful they have a place to remember.
Took a night tour and the information was really informative about what and how it took place. It’s a place for reflection and understanding in how the hurricane affected so many life’s. It’s a honor for those who’s life’s were lost and comfort for those that live through…
It is a free attraction very compact but with a significant meaning. A sad side of Nola history. Still I encourage people to visit the attraction
We did a night tour. Great monument for a tragic day and event..
