Host Inn All Suites Hotel

This hotel is disgusting. It smelled like pee in the room, there was dirt all through out the bath tub as if no one had even touched it after the last person stayed. There is dirt and hand prints all over the bathroom door along with hair and roaches through out the bathroom. When I notified the staff of the roaches the response I got was “yea we are trying to get it under control” so they know they have a problem. The windows don’t lock and anyone can get into the room at any time. When I asked for new towels the staff didn’t want to give me new ones unless I brought down the old ones I used and when I refused she told he “house keeping will be in soon we’ll see what we can do” she did eventually give me two towels. DO NOT recommend my worst enemy staying at this roach infested hotel.

This is an amazing place if you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable extended stay. Staff is very kind, courteous and accommodating. Room is clean, spacious and efficient with the full kitchenette. Extended stay rates are the best in the area. Location is convenient to literally everything in the area.

Be warned: they refuse entry (without refund) after 2am. My husband reserved a room to use while on a 14 hour road trip. He arrived at 3am, but was barred from entering to use his paid-for room. Despite the room being already prepared and vacant (because he had booked and paid for the room in advance). I called to ask why (politely, I've worked in customer service) but the lady I spoke with was quite rude and did not give a clear answer. She also did not give a reason why to my husband. I now need to cancel the payment through my bank because we did not receive the paid service, and this 2am rule is not listed anywhere on their website.

We stayed there for 3 weeks due to being displaced by a fire. The manager and all her staff in all departments were super nice, helpful, compassionate. They put our minds at ease and made us feel welcomed.

This place is filthy and they got roaches. I came here in hopes to try to look for somewhere to stay for a couple days. I was sold by the price, but very disappointed by being Double charged. The hotel and room smelled like one huge pack of newports. I'm sleeping in my car because of this and I felt like it's much better than what I got there.
