I asked for a golden honey. This is yellow.): I paid almost 200$ gave her a large tip I told them my money pieces came out yellow the next day. They told me they wouldn’t fix it the manager not owner became hostile and shaky voice with attitude as I was being professional and kind. She said she would instead charge me a smaller price. And said since I initially said I liked it there was no going back. It was yellow and orange when I asked for a golden honey. Also when I mentioned the price she told me that wasn’t very much money even tho my hair is very fine and barely used product. She insulted me by saying what is expensive to her and what wasn’t sounding very greedy. This place gives off gossip and doesn’t value customers. I was even going to go back to do my whole head if I liked it if they fixed it for me. But definitely will not be going back. Instead I’ll go to studio C and she said they will charge me an arm and a leg. I’d rather give them my service if they care about their customers walking out happy. Go to studio C. The manager was ready for war instead of making me happy with the outcome. If you say you like the hair and see in the direct sunlight the next day and call and ask them to fix it forget it they don’t let you take back your word they don’t care about the happiness of the customer instead customer is wrong and they’re right. This makes me think they’re a greedy business and I hope to God and have faith they’ll reap what they sow. Super shallow and rude, very unhappy and this was a birthday gift from my husband and feel extremely sad any upset I spent that much money which to her was “ nothing “ so greedy and entitled to tell someone there money is nothing

I have been a client of Kelsee's for a few years now. I love how kind and talented she is. She will tell you what is a reasonable expectation to have if you come in with a color correction or other large job. I 1st met her with over bleached/processed hair from another stylist. Kelsee has with care helped my hair recover and grow. She has also gone so far as to drive to an event of mine to do my hair. I cannot say enough about her. She knows her worth and charges accordingly. You get what you pay for. So for anyone trying to complain about being "overcharged" for her fixing your DIY mistakes... I guarantee she undercharged you out of compassion. And also I dare you to try and get the results she delivers at home.

I always look forward to my appointments here and can always count on them to conquer my hair goals. I can always trust that they will put the health of my hair first. Appointments may be booked out far but 100% worth the wait! I will never choose another salon and look forward to more time here!

I highly recommend and love Hidden Oasis Salon! I come here to get my hair colored and cut by Brianna. She always does an amazing job and pays attention to detail. She absolutely saved my hair after having a poor color job from another salon, as well as educated me on how to keep my hair healthy and get it back to a good place. All the gals who work here are super sweet and you can tell they care about their customers.

I just saw Brianna for a haircut and was blown away by her talent and honesty. I knew she would be good since she cuts my girlfriend's hair beautifully, but she was even better than I imagined! I was happily surprised to have her listen to exactly what I wanted and offer helpful suggestions on how to get my hair back on track. She is precise and skilled in what she does. I am SO happy with my hair and will definitely be back to see her again soon! HIGHLY recommend!
