I was craving red snapper and came across this restaurant. I called in my order and picked it up. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and told the lady my name. The snapper was super affordable at about $16. I paid and left. When I ate the red snapper, rice & peas and cabbage was very good. I really enjoyed my meal.

I ordered through DoorDash. The oxtail meal came frozen! It doesn’t specify that it’s frozen on the DoorDash app. It’s also in a regular takeout container, which doesn’t protect the food from freezer burn but I digress. The curry goat is posted as a platter on the app, it came as roti…a poorly wrapped roti with dhal puri roti skin that had WAY too much dhal stuffed inside. The macaroni pie (not pictured), had too little cheese, there were naked noodles all throughout. And the noodles had not been seasoned so it was bland as well. The curry goat does taste good but it should’ve been a platter as pictured and not roti.

My first time at this place. I will never eat here again. I ordered a beef pattie and a small jerk chicken plate. You gave me all chicken bones and a leg. Only the drum stick has meat on it. This is pathetic. I should've read the reviews beforehand. Also, some reviews down on this site, talks about how they have roaches. I am staying away and telling all my Wilkes Barre friends to NEVER eat here!

Me and my friend ordered almost $80 worth of food ox tail dinners to be exact..now I have a history with this place and my first experience was a no!!! Stop calling that authentic Jamaican food it is not??you use frozen beef Pattie’s and never have coco bread????but 5 years later you have done nothing to improve that kitchen or the chef.. I’m personally gonna bring you a plate.. of good food and stop using all that brown sauce it leaves an after taste ????.. here’s a tip fire the chef.. or call Gordon Ramsey P.s ya food spoils overnight so that tells me it’s pre cooked and frozen.. not even fresh.. .. respectfully you really just lied I can show you videos on my instagram proving your feed back a lie????I dare you.. I could have posted the food but I tried to save you grace because folks still eat there.. you precook your food and continuously reheat that’s why it spoils quickly .. nothing authentic but the name.. I tried 5 years ago and tried it again not an ounce of improvement.. be honest .. and fire whoever in that kitchen..

I am a Jamaican man, born and raised in jamaica, i ordered some Jamaican food and got two spoons of white rice and bagged chicken wings fried in old grease! Like they are really out here tricking these white people who don’t know any better, who’ve never really had a real authentic Jamaican Quisine! Not only is their menu falsely advertised but the food is in no way authentic!!! Like what is that? It tasted disgusting and the portions were literally nothing!! I’ve never been to a restaurant that claimed to be Jamaican and tasted anything like this…..this is literally someone trying to imitate Jamaican food and a very bad imitation at that!!! You guys need to do better and people in the area need to actually eat authentic Jamaican food before eating BS and giving it 4 stars because this was disgusting!!
