Guadalajara Mexican Grill

Building inside needs help. Dirty. Blinds on windows broken. None of the TVs were working. Very disappointing once we entered. Nothing like the pictures. Bathrooms are a whole other problem. Very unkept toilets not bolted down, and no door on the men’s bathroom at all. Unclean. Not good customer service.

Pretty cool place, nice food too. I don't have much of a story to tell for this one, other then you want to come earlier then expected due to it being pretty popular. Oh and one of their glasses, I forgot what it was called, is HUGE I mean it's about the size of a child's head. Maybe a small adult's head. As the picky eater I am I had a burger, wasn't bad but there are better options for a burger else where, but still this place is nice. I loved it and honestly want to try something else when I go back there again.

Enjoyed our visit with a party of 7 people. The service was fast and prompt and the food tasted good. The atmosphere was nice. We had a variety of different dishes and everyone seemed happy with thier meal.

The food here is really good, when you eventually get it, tonight we didn't. If you do plan to eat here I would suggest to go at least an hour before you even start to feel hungry. We went there tonight and they weren't very busy, they seated us right away, and took our order about 10 minutes later. We got our drinks, chips, and salsa, and then our waiter never came back. We waited for 45 minutes and my son never even got his queso. The waiter even made eye contact with me 3 times but still never came over to check if we needed anything, or update us on our order. Then we noticed people that came in after us getting their food. So my husband went to see what was going on, and the girl didn't even see an order for us. So now it's past my kids bedtime, and I had to go home and try and find something quick to make them to eat. I worked management for a restaurant for 14 years and this is unacceptable. They didn't even seem to care. The food is good when you manage to get it, but the service is one of the worst in town.

Wow just wow this is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. The food is delicious and what you get for the price doesn't compete with anywhere else. Great portions sizes! Definitely go here.
