Gringo's Mexican Grill

We have attempted to eat here 5 times and every single time we get the same waiter and end up regretting coming. The waiter we always get seems to forget about us every single time we eat there. If you sit in the front room, you will be forgotten. Every single time we go we get chips and salsa almost immediately and then the wait begins. We will sit there at least ten minutes before he comes to get our drink order and then he literally never comes back and we have to ask other staff members to get him so that we can order. After we order we will once again NEVER see him again, someone else will bring out the food and he doesn’t even come to see if we need anything or if the food is correct. This time he gave us the wrong drinks and we told him and he brings us back the exact same drink…Then one of our orders was wrong and my burrito had a huge bone in it that I almost choked on, thank god one of my children didn’t get it…at this point we all stopped eating and left.

I have been coming to this restaurant with my family for years, the food is always delicious and everyone is always happy. The manager jordyn always checks up on us and makes us laugh. being in the restaurant feels like family and the food is just amazing. genuine respect and love in the whole restaurant.

Favorite Mexican place in Jefferson. Food is delicious, hot, and fresh. And service is always great! We usually have to wait for a table but we don’t mind the wait. Highly recommended.

Great service and Excellent food! We stopped as we were passing thru. The restaurant was clean. The waiter was very attentive, the food was amazing and the portions were large. Definitely recommend!!

We've tried every other Mexican restaurant in Jefferson and honestly think this might be the best restaurant in Jefferson. The service is always super friendly, the food always comes out very quickly, never had anything to complain about really at all. I hope this restaurant sticks around as I live quite close to it.
