Global Obstetrics - Gynecology Infertility

NEGATIVE 3 STARS This place is terrible. I booked the first appointment I could get at 8 when they open... solely because I know they triple book each time slot. Just to be sitting waiting to be called for over an hour. Now, only 2 people were before me waiting for them to open. Those 2 people have come and gone, same with 2 other people that signed in after me all who are seeing the same doctor. I go to ask why I'm waiting so long to be called back. Their response is because you are a "NEW patient, and you had to fill out paperwork," which is bullshit I have been going here for 3 years now. We all filled out the same paperwork. I'm not a NEW patient. I just got back into the room at 9:24am after 10 other patience have gone before me. I have never experienced being treated this way, waiting this long at any other doctor's office. Every other doctor's office I've been to. They go row by row of who signed in. Doesn't matter if you fill out your paperwork first before three people before you. They make you wait until the person before you that signed in goes to be seen in the back. And I'm literally the easiest patient they I'm not pregnant. Don't have any issues. I just need a refill on my birth control. I literally just go into the back of the room. Tell them what I need. Alright, that's it goodbye that easy. Also the floor everywhere in here is dirty. You look at the corners along the wall and it's just filthy. And also, it doesn't matter but they have a "karen" working the front desk with a bad attitude solely because they know of the wait time that they are making these hormonal women wait is practically criminal and is going piss them off. So, of course they need someone to deal with that. Just got seen at 9:37am ???? hopefully Plantation office is better when I schedule my next appointment. 9:46 just left the office after having an 8am appointment time and not getting seen until 9:37am.

The communication with this place is horrible. I do not foresee myself ever returning. I had an appointment at 10:40, I arrived at 10:41. From 10:41 to 11:30 AM I was waiting for my appointment just to be told my insurance doesn’t cover follow up visits. I asked why wasn’t this information communicated with me from the beginning at my arrival or prior to my visit. I wasn’t given a clear explanation or response. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Poor management!! If you want your time waisted, feel free to schedule an appointment.

Worst obgyn ever. Do not waste your time here. They will make you wait for hours. They refuse to use my copay after they told me it was the one they accepted. Doctors are nice but the rest of the staff is rude and unwilling to help you. This place is a disaster. Go elsewhere

This office is a disaster. They blame each other and nobody knows how manage patients or their care . The front desk girls are extremely rude and have cero customer service. If you can go somewhere else just don’t waste hours waiting at this office ans leave upset at the end for the bad treatment and low patient care . Pluss the charge extra fees for everything.

The only reason I returned to this office is because Dr. Melissa, she is very sweet and professional. The girls aren't rude they are just very disorganized. I understand there is a transition of clinics and it is a process. But as a patient I should not be affected by that. The office is messy and really dirty. They couldn't give me a clear answer when i asked if my results are ready so that i would not waste my ENTIRE morning just to go get some results. I waited over two hours. They just love to charge me my copay and then pass me on to wait. I have my appointment rescheduled THREE times because the results weren't ready. I finally go in for the results, they charge me, and then I asked if they were ready and she said yes, then when I get called back to get my blood pressure taken she said she has to call the lab because they are not ready! Like are you serious??? They are lacking management and professionalism. They need a new manager that organizes the tasks and knows what is going on.
