Gino’s has been providing services for all of mine and my families vehicles for 25+ years for a reason! Tyler, the General Manager of the shop is a kind guy and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to stretched tires. I wouldn’t choose another shop in the area to do anything on my car. If you are looking for an honest and affordable place I highly recommend choosing this shop, you will not be disappointed. And in the off chance you are disappointed? I can guarantee Gino will make it right. That’s why I will always continue to bring my vehicles here and recommend this place to all of my friends. I’ve been to Gino’s twice now. Once for an issue with my tires that was resolved faster and cheaper than I expected. And once for an oil change. They scheduled me for an oil change within 24 hours of me calling and finished the oil change quickly. Will definitely be returning to Gino’s again and again.

I like Gino's for oil changes they are fast and very reasonable. It would help if they communicated better. My friend brought in his car for an Engine problem. It took them over a week to complete However, they said it would be ready on a Friday then on Friday they said they needed another part that would be ready on Monday. Monday comes around and they said again the same thing as Friday. They did nothing over the weekend. He now can't pick it up until Wednesday. They didn't communicate well on this one My friend has to have a car for his job. He lost days because they didn't flow through the way they should've. I still like them but I'm going to be very cautious about timing with them. They cost my friend days of work They didn't give him s backup car to use which would've been helpful.

We were stuck in Big Bear on a holiday weekend. We got a nail in our tire on the way up the mountain. We thought we had to replace the tire. Drove into Gino's at 8:00 a.m. after the holiday weekend and by 8:12 am our situation was solved and the tire was fixed. Tyler was amazing. So helpful and friendly. The entire staff was awesome. My only regret...spending 2 hours over the weekend with Tesla's mobility roadside service which would taken 2 days and cost us a minimum of $600.

Awesome service. While coming here for the 4th of July weekend, my tire blew. Thankfully I was able to use my car with a spare for the holiday weekend. When it came to Tuesday after the holidays, I came here and the service was awesome. My car had one of those lock lugs and they went above and beyond to help and removed it when I had the wrong key for the lug. I will definitely be coming to this tire shop again if that unfortunate event of my tire blowing again were to happen. Thanks to the staff for the great service.
