Not only did he remember alk the previous work that was done but he also got a technician to come out first thing in the morning.All plumbing work was done with an expedient manner with the technician explaining the price break down before all work was performed..The technician answered all questions , even as he was performing all work . After the job was finished, he stayed to ensure that I was satisfied with the whole experience. I called Free Flo on a Saturday mid morning since my sink was backing up. After two calls, Steve reached out and was very pleasant to talk to. He told me that his sewage line expert would show up in an hour. As said Joe came and diagnosed the situation and knew exactly what to do. He knew that the main sewage line backing up was the issue and cleared it. Very professional and friendly service. I would recommend this service for anyone looking to solve plumbing related issues.

Free Flo came through big time for us! I called today with a stopped up sink. They were here within 2 hours on this holiday weekend!! I called a lot of places today and nobody would come today or this whole long weekend. Then someone recommended free Flo and they came quickly. I highly recommend using them if you need plumbing
