Clinton Carwash Associates

Just got a 32$ “car wash” here. Dashboard is dusty, windows still have dog drool, barely wiped down. Went back, asked for my money back, I am not satisfied - and they refused. Manager said he has to pay for water and that’s why he cannot give me a refund. CROOKED CAR WASH !!!!!

DO NOT GET $40+ service or top tier or go when it's busy! I read all reviews from within a year and my experience is the same. If it's busy leave! It seems they can't manage quality with huge demand. I used them several times and they were good. Unfortunately, it was busy busy yesterday and wow what a let down. Definitely disorganized, I don't believe they knew who paid for what, they just gave everyone a quick wipe down. If any reviews are within a week mind they probably went that same Saturday. These pictures are from the day after my car wash. The seat belts were filthy, I do not believe anyone went inside to clean. There was obvious dust like in that mirror and seat belts.

incredible staff, they were so kind and helpful. the clean was great and my car was very well cleaned. the woman working the counter with the cute star clips was so nice and i really appreciate her patience.

I love this car wash, the staff is very friendly! They have a nice waiting area where you can see how they clean your car. I paid for the VIP service and it was the best car wash I have ever had.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. They cause traffic as cars line up on nice days. It's near a school with many kids walking through the tangle of poorly coordinated cars at all times of the day. I was stopped at a light today, directly in front of Clinton Car wash. A customer starts BACKING out of the bay, coming within inches on my passenger side door. I was frantically honking and waving, this person just kept backing up. An employee saw me, saw the situation and just walked into his little office. Not a word to the customer or an apology to me. I was obviously at light and couldn't move ANYWHERE. Take your business elsewhere, the employees here clearly do not cars about anything .
