Floral & Hearty Diner

If you’re looking for a good bite to eat in Woodward, stop by Floral and Hearty Diner. We’ve stopped a couple of times passing through, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The burgers are good and depending on when you stop, they offer a hot bar. The salad bar is always fresh and has a good variety. The last time we stopped in, I got the chicken fried steak, and it was delicious.

This place is so adorable, the staff was so sweet, and the food was fantastic!

I had the chicken fried steak. Mashed potatoes and gravy were awesome. Even the meat is good. Breading was great as well. Service is great. But, I know you shouldn't never have to use a steak knife with a "chicken fried steak" it's all about the preparation. I can show you!

My previous review was 5 stars but after today, I doubt I will be returning. Waitress completely ignored us over and over while checking other tables that arrived after us. She kept my boyfriends credit card for around 20 mins while running around and checking other tables and bringing them food. She had the card long enough that she could easily write down the numbers and exp on the card. I advised my boyfriend to check if any weird transactions happen. She was clearly under the effect of some drug. I know finding staff is hard but have a little discretion. I shouldn't have to worry about where the credit card went when we are eating a meal.

I didn't catch my waitress name. But this place was AMAZING!! The portions and plate sizes make you leave full and still have more to eat late. The food service, and hospitality was great. I felt welcome the moment I entered the restaurant. WILL BE RECOMMENDING TO MANY MANY PEOPLE
