Emy's Nails

Extremely rude. Showed her a picture of French nails I wanted, she painted half of my nail instead of the tip and I asked if she could do them thinner, she yelled at me saying I was wasting her time. Talked poorly about me in front of me and would yell at me constantly. Also didn’t do a very good job. This place shouldn’t even be open anymore. I’d give it a zero if I could. There are so many better places to go in Buffalo. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

DO NOT GO HERE. They were terrible. They cut my skin up multiple times. And did a terrible job. My skin is all red and burns a lot now. The lady didn’t really pay attention on what she was doing either. Sorry but they should fire her. It is clear she isn’t focused and too old for the job. DO NOT GO HERE

I’ve come here before to get manicures and never had any issues. Today I came to get my acrylics soaked off. She started off by just chopping my nails which my natural nail was the same length as the fake tip. Then used the sanding bit to remove my polish. She told me the nails were “too new” to just pop off so she soaked one hand in acetone and began cutting my nails again on the other hand. She took an acrylic fake nail tip and pushed it between my real nail and the acrylic to pop it off which ruined my nails. She sanded down the wet acrylic on my other hand and then proceeded to pop only portions of the acrylic off and just left it. She buffed my nails began to file them completely stopped and that was that. I was charged $15. I came here so my nails were not ruined but instead ended up with nails cut at all angels and acrylic left still on my nails

Absolutely terrible. I paid for the deluxe pedicure and they literally spent 10 MINUTES on me!! My feet were barely in the water, so they didn't soak enough for the cuticles and bottoms of my feet to be softened. She didn't include the massage, the exfoliation, or the hot towels. When I told them I didn't want to add gel on to the service, they started talking about me in a different language (it was obvious). Completely rushed through the whole thing once I said I didn't want to spend more money. When she did my color, it was applied very sloppy and messy. I didn't include a tip and they rushed me out of there. I do NOT recommend going here for any services at all.

A younger lady with heart glasses did my nails and she was so sweet and did a great job love my nails and my experience there ????????????????
