Excellent service, pass on the margarita because the liquor selection is kind of "meh" and the bar area seems a little sticky. The enchilada supreme is a good variety of flavors and the chips are crispy and not oily with queso so thick it just clings right to the chips wonderfully. Again, the service was great but it's definitely not the cleanest dive around but the prices are decent and the food good.
A nice place to eat Mexican food. Extensive menu. Pricing is average. Food was good. Service was attentive and kind.
You know me and my kids used to come here all the time. But ever since they have raised their prices, and apparently continue to raise them I just cannot do it. I just got the lunch low carb fajita literally all I had was steak onion sour cream a side of rice and a side of shredded cheese. I got a water, my two kids got Waters, all they had was a plate of rice and beans each with a small cheese dip. My bill came out to over $30. The menu said the low-carb fajita was $10 and some change when I got my ticket it was over $12 mind you this is the lunch price. The prices are absolutely outrageous and the fact that the rice and beans that my kids got for the same price as a kid's meal in the portions were small. I keep trying to come back here because I really enjoy the waitresses especially Stacy she is my favorite but the same thing that I just ordered here the other day when I went to the other Mexican restaurant in the Court square I spent $20 and that was with a tip. I'm sorry but I cannot continue to come here anymore.
A big shout out to Vanessa! She is so sweet & went above in beyond to correct a previous order. Very accommodating & sweet as can be! Will definitely continue ordering from El Ranchitos in the future because of her! Thanks Vanessa ????
The place is not dirty it’s relatively clean. The service was great. Nice attitude quick to help us. No complaints besides not having napkins which eventually were given to us. The food was okay wasn’t the best not the worst. I ordered a burrito and was highly upset that I couldn’t even hold it. I’m Mexican and I’m from Chicago and I was in town for work so I decided to try this place out and the food says authentic but it’s not. The burritos are called “wet burritos” but the menu doesn’t tell you that. Couldn’t eat my burrito the way I wanted I needed a fork and knife. The rice was also burnt but me personally not a big fan of rice anyway so I wasn’t going to eat it. Service great. Atmosphere is okay. Food could be better.
