The service was great, our waitresses we're friendly and accommodating of our requests. The food was absolutely amazing! We had the garlic shrimp dinner, and the carne asada dinner. Every part of the meal was tasty, the beans, the rice , the corn tortillas are thick and taste homemade, the meats were seasoned perfectly, the best Mexican food I've had in a long time! Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

Amazing, delicious food. My wife, Kids and I are all treated with respect as we walk through the door. Every meal has been phenomenal and the service is exquisite. Having previously chosen my favorite Mexican food place, I decided that this is my favorite "Sit down" Mexican food restaurant in Hemet. My family and I will be returning, thanks El Jalapeño!

Love this restaurant! The food, portions and price are great. As with most restaurants, one or two waitresses just doing their job but the rest are great. The beans and salsas they serve with the chips are the best in Hemet

The food was really good better then a lot of Mexican restaurants I have been to!.. I had the cheese enchiladas rice and beans..my bro had the steak and eggs both was very good the steak was a bit thin for $17 but he said it tasted good.. you get chips and salsa and bean dip when u are seated at ur table and you can ask for more chips at no extra cost.. soft drinks have free refills.. you place your order at your table after looking at the menu..paying for your food is a bit confusing since after your done you just go up to the register and pay instead of getting a receipt from your waitress or paying at the table.. I definitely will be going back again soon!

Great service and delicious food! We came here for the first time and this is definitely one of the best Authentic Mexican restaurants we’ve been to so far. I had the Bistec Ranchero which was very flavorful and the beans and rice were also very good. My husband had the Chile Colorado and he loved it. The meat was tender and very flavorful. Portions were great for the price. Will definitely be back!!
