Castañeda's Mexican Food

My husband likes to come here but I don’t. Food occasionally is good but still overpriced for the quality given overall. We’ve ordered here a number of times and it was okay to my standard. Today just confirmed to me why I don’t like this place. One of our orders was missing and my husband specifically asked the person at the window if she had given all our food and said “yes” Come to find when we get home something is missing, so my busy had to drive all the way back. Also I checked my food, #11 two fish tacos and rice and beans. DO NOT EVER ORDER THAT …. the taco shells were stale partially wet, lettuce inside not even fresh and best part hardly was any fish in the taco to call it a fish taco,,, it was mostly the batter of the fish that was in the taco fried. Overpriced and feel cheated that I paid for this. I was so so displeased I lost my appt and didn’t care about going back to get another meal.

Recently they cannot make up their minds on if they offer a military discount or not. Multiple times I have gone in the day time and gotten then discount. (They offered based on my ATM card.) I went at night and now they don't offer the discount. Also, $17 for Carne asada fries? Wow!

Used to be a high or Miss fit the carne asada fries but the just few times the fries just been coming out over cooked or reheated and dried out. Not worth it for 18 bucks

????This is my third time here and it will be my last.???? They gave me somebody else's food , the Cheeto burrito which was absolutely disgusting and cold. Today is Sunday November 19th 2023 and I went there about 5:00 p.m. well I gave them three chances I will never go back to that location out of the three visits only one of my orders tasted great but that was months and months ago ,I'm not sure what's going on at this location, if you want good Mexican food go to vero's on Florida, I only went to this location because vero's was closed this Sunday. ????????????????????????????????gross!

I came here trying to order food around 8:30pm and a lady came out of the restroom drunk. I’m assuming she was the one taking orders. Loud music was going on inside. So I didn’t get to order anything. That’s unacceptable. I waited for 10 minutes no cars in line. What is going on?
