El Charro Mexican Restaurants

The food was excellent. We are traveling and stopped for dinner. The prices were very reasonable and the food was the best that we’ve ever had. The spinach and mushroom quesadilla is amazing and not what you expect! I had the chimichangas and my husband has fajita nachos. Everything was delicious and fresh. The salsa is awesome and fresh. I wish it was closer to us, we would come often.

I always come here because of the great food variety and great flavor. But today i brought in my friends for dinner but food was good but kinda embarrassing for me because server only took our drinks and somebody else brought the food to us but the server never showed up….. never gave us refills nor pick up plates nor offer desserts….. only came back to give me the ticket and left????????????That was not nice at all. I was so disappointed. I didn’t even had the chance to get her name.

Visited there from Texas , they wasn't to busy the day i went by mind you upon entrance was not greeted in fact the lady turnt away snd walked off took it upon myself to have a seat ! I waited 10-15 mind to be tended to !!! Finally upon being greeted rudely and asked bout they best seller or what do she recommend pointe to the menu in other forms of look at it for yourself , i over looked it i asked for the Chicken Shrimp Nachos & A Enchilada Dinner with fajita as well as our drinks ???? we waited an additional 25-30 mins for our food & drinks mind you THEY ARE NOT BUSY !! , Our order was completely wrong i had shrimp nachos with fajita & the enchilada plate had chicken & we still at have no drinks !!! I just got up and left !!!!

The food has always been so good here. Love their salsa and homemade guacamole. The waitress we had was very nice and pleasant. Even the manager came and gave us more chips, but the lady who seated was rude to us and has been rude to us several times before. We ask for a certain server and it seems to irritate her. It makes for a poor and uncomfortable experience which is why I gave a 3 in atmosphere because it set a poor mood for our meal.

This establishment was very rude to Flippa T and we the culture love us some flippa!!! y’all sabotaged your own business by being rude to a customer who could have brought your establishment a lot of business, her social media platform is HUGE like state to state and yall blew it ??????????? food for thought: always be mindful of your professionalism because you never know the impact one persons review can have
