El Carbonero Restaurant

This place is hands down one of the best Salvadoran spots I’ve been to. The pupusas are AMAZING. Fresh, thick, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The cheese is super melty, the chicharrón is seasoned perfectly, and the revueltas are a must-order. You can tell everything is made fresh. The curtido and salsa on the side just bring it all together. The Salvadoran horchata is legit too. Not watered down or overly sweet — it tastes authentic and homemade. If you know, you know. What really surprised me was the vibe on Friday and Saturday nights. It turns into a full-on nightclub atmosphere and it’s actually a lot of fun. Good music, good energy, and a great crowd Definitely recommend if you want real Salvadoran food and a fun weekend spot all in one. I’ll be back for sure.

Took a chance on a random restaurant and was not disappointed. Don't be fooled by the outside-- the interior is very welcoming, intimate, and fun. Loved the atmosphere. Great service from the moment I walked through the door. Great food. Truly a hidden Palmdale gem. I was also told they have live music and dancing on weekend evenings. I will definitely be coming back. This will be a favorite of mine.

Food was good (Sopa de gallina, sopa de pata, pupusas,canoas, fresco, horchata) The gentleman managing the place was very kind and so exceptionally great at customer service even offered some tylenol for pain. The restaurant has been completely remodeled since the last time we've visited (6 years ago). Parking is not a problem since the restaurant is located within a plaza. Portions are good to even share between two people. We recommend it for a quick bite however there's music playing in the background which is somewhat distracting

Bartender/waitress just left me alone and attended other customers. Over priced...2 bud lights (bottle) $16.50 . Place is so dark and creepy. Atmosphere just looked so sad.

, I had mixed feeling about the staff/food I would ask for things and they wouldn’t bring it to me. The music is 2 loud. The waiter has an unwelcoming personality more like a security than someone trying to take your order. The food is pricy and not worth the price no unique flavor. the kitchen, tables, when I got there tables were dirty when I left they stayed dirty.
