Edo Takeout New Brunswick

Yo this place low key hit so hard. Awesome korean food mixed with quality sushi bowl. Must have for any meals during the day or night!

Nestled in the middle of a college town so it is always busy, but worth it. They have sushi and loaded fries, but the real star is the fat cup. The meat is well seasoned and the other topping choices keep it interesting. There is also a tofu option for vegan individuals. I’ve noticed that they have made some changes to the fat cup, there is more meat topping and less rice. That is my preference, so I? believe it’s a good change. It is best to do take out because the inside has limited seating, there is also limited parking.

This is one of those places I come to so frequently for food it’s a bit concerning ????. But the food is genuinely so consistently good that I don’t think that’s going to change anytime soon, it’s all very fairly priced and filling. The fat cups, edo bowls, and sushi are my goto choices. The edo fries are just amazing. Only thing I wouldn’t recommend getting is the ramen, which in my experience isn’t ever that great. But everything else is without a doubt delicious.

I really really want to like this place, it's very affordable compared to most sushi places nearby and generally tastes pretty good. However I have found small bits of hair throughout the inside of my sushi on two separate occasions. Very short, dark, straight hair, multiple strands present. I feel like once, alright it's a freak accident, but twice? Something's gotta be up with the hygiene in the kitchen. I really hope they get it under control because I would love to order from this place again

I don’t come here anymore because it’s become so expensive and they really take advantage of you on portion sizes. They started putting less sauce on and charging for the normal amount! Really crazy, just a terrible value now.
