Dutch Pantry Family Restaurant

Just took a chance on this place while getting fuel. Very Cracker Barrel- ish in their theme. There are lots of trinkets to buy. My wife ordered toast, scrambled eggs, and bacon. I ordered pancakes and bacon. There must be a high tariff on swine because the two little pieces of bacon that came with the meals were laughable. We got a side to split between us. There's not much to say about eggs and toast. The pancakes, however, are another story. I am NOT saying that they were bad, BUT they certainly were not GOOD. Maybe a boxed batter mixed with water, these flap jacks were dense, difficult to even cut and tasteless. They sucked up the delicious syrup like a sponge. I would never order these from here again! The service and decor were so nice that overall, I went from a 3 to a 4. As shown, the price was very reasonable. I would not seek this place out, but your mileage may vary.

My bf and I were on 80 route from NY to Ohio. From passing Pennsylvania, we were looking for places to eat. I found this place and it is very close to 80. We order roasted turkey and ham steak. The sides were delicious and in great portions. As dessert, we got shoofly pie and that was our very first time trying that. We liked it a lottt. Shoo fly pie is 10/10

This is one of my favorite places, the food is always really good, reasonably priced and perfectly sized portions! Today I got their bean and ham soup and probably the best I've ever had! ????

I’d give this Dutch Pantry Family Restaurant 6 stars if I could! Tremendous value/price/taste/quality - and quick too!!! Server was also great. Meatloaf had a thick and very dark delicious sauce, and my Turkey was perfectly cooked and flavored. There also is an Amish shop with lots of very cool products. Just go!!!

This restaurant is really nice, they are so helpful and friendly, the food was good and the service excellent!
