Absolutely Outstanding Service! I brought my trailer in with a bad wheel bearing, and this shop took care of it quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get me safely back on the road. Honest pricing, great communication, and top-notch work—highly recommend for any trailer or tire needs!
The hospitality at this place is truly outstanding. My friends and I were on a road trip when we unexpectedly hit a metal ladder, causing two of our tires to be slashed. We were towed to Dunsmuir Tire Service at 4 AM. From the moment their store opened at 8 AM until closing time at 5 PM, Tony and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size of our tires, which wasn't their fault at all, as we had rented a car with a very specific and unusual type of tire. Despite this, Tony and his employees checked in on us throughout the day, making sure we were comfortable and offering any assistance they could. Even though our situation was quite stressful, the exceptional service provided at this shop turned a difficult experience into a memorable one. I would highly recommend Dunsmuir Tire Service to anyone in the area who needs tire services. Their dedication to customer care is truly remarkable.
We had 2 trailer tires fail on a Sunday and were lucky to limp it into Dunsmuir. Called Tony at 8 am Monday. He had 7 tires available in our size. When I asked how long the service would take he replied “well the Monday morning circus has started, but we will get you on the road.” They were finished by 9:30. Wow! These guys are the best!
Terrible experience here, I made an appointment prior day to have a motorcycle tire swapped. I got there in the morning and I was quoted $50... Their shop rate is $60/hr ... No way it's taking more than a half an hour. He said he would do it for $40. They found another reason to dismiss me because I didn't have a spare tube. If you want to dismiss business and customers do it on the phone and don 't waste an hour of their time. HRF in Yreka did it for $25 and used the old tube, to be fair, I guess they were supposed to charge me $20 more because I didn't buy the tire there, but they stood by their phone quote and did the job in 15 minutes, I left a tip. I will never be back to Dunsmuir tire, and I will not recommend them to anyone... Quite the opposite infact. They owe me $10 in gas. Edit: I guess they are $120 an hour according to the response, might want to take that sign down in your showroom that says $60 an hour, also for such a surcharge maybe expand your services to include tires that follow install procedures that mirror a child's bicycle. (a tube instead of tubeless)
Amazing service and a professional job. We had a flat tire in the middle of the freeway. Natalie, was very helpful and extremely nice. Thank you very much for everything.
