The service was quick and professional, not to mention that the cost was very reasonable compared to Gallup's business's. I still stand by my experience for today's service , 2/16/2023.

The turbo went out on our diesel passing through. We were stranded there for a few days. And this shop especially Joe went above and helped us in any way possible.

Had a flat tire repaired. The work was quick, professionally done, and painless. However, customer service leaves much to be desired. First, when I entered the office no one was at the front desk. I also had to inquiry about the pricing twice. Second, the mechanics could be a little more friendly. It wouldn't hurt to look the customers in the eyes, shake their hands, and say, "Thank for your business. In the future if you are ever in need of automotive services or repairs please remember us, and we'll see what we can do." For that reason, its 3 stars.

I like taking my car there for service...Fast service and efficient.???????? Maybe a Notch Up on Customer Service. A smile & Greeting Customer's will Definitely make it a welcoming Atmosphere. I know their work can be frustrating and stressful. But we as Customer's expect Trust and Honesty maintenance on our vehicles and get us back on the road safely. Right???????? The Boss Rob needs to pay his hard working employees extra $$$ and lunch every now and then. J/K maybe appreciate them on the spot...After all they are front of the house all day. Lol ???? On 5/15/2019, I had an extremely low oil in the rear differential situation. I came in real late about 430 pm local time, after traveling a long ways with a low oil situation. These guys are great, they got it on the rack asap, and got oil into it in no time. Thank you Guys !!!
