Rusticana Pizzano

Worst place in town. When Carmine and Josephine ran it it was the best. Now it's just horrible. They never get the orders right and the food is terrible. Plus bad service as they are just rude AF. I got into with them over the last messed up order. Then they started non-stop calling me and threatening me. To the point where I threatened to call the police. I also had to block their number, but then they started calling me from their personal phones. Never again.

There are at least 3 of these in close proximity to one another. I tried 2 out of the 3. I wanted to be sure that it wasn't just the one I tried. NOPE! I just don't like it. Out of the 3 - this one had great pics, so I thought maybe it would be better. The customer service here was odd, but friendly. It was weirdbecause as I was waiting for my order, no one was out front cooking my food - no staff - I wondered is my food cooking???? Are they doing something to it they don't want me to see???? The food - in my opinion is not good. The pizza smelled funny. Not sure which ingredient, just didn't smell right. I was reluctant to try but I did and its the dough and sauce I do not like. Same at both. Not a fan. I ordered fries as well. bland....but cooked, they had a slight crunch. So,I guess it was cooking. For pizza - in the area - Giuffrida's Pizza is best (see my review for Giuffrida's).

Why change when you have a good thing going? Pizza is not good at all. I love the old recipe before the remodel.The service was so/so. Let’s just say I won’t be back again.

I've had bad experiences with this place before (since the new ownership), but thought I would give it a try again... Big mistake. Big difference between the $11 calzone on the menu and the $20 they expect you to pay after adding two different delivery fees for different amounts. I don't mind paying a delivery fee, but you should probably disclose that the multiple fees are the reason that the price is almost DOUBLE the menu price. The calzone was cold and sitting in a box full of grease. I would have been disappointed if I had spend $11 on this calzone, but the fact that it was $20 was absolutely insane. Never again. The only decent thing about this place was the delivery driver. She was super nice.

Terrible food and service was worse. We ordered a caesar salad which came out as a pile of romaine with a ramkin of dressing on the side, hey, we're eating in, we anticipate a tossed salad. The meal started with some chips and salsa, save it, it's not delicious. The pie was not cooked through, the pepperoni skimpy, and the servers are beyond weak. Drive across the street and get a takeout from Sams.
