Cute place, food came out quick .. BLT, extra bacon was great, lots of bacon .. everything was clean no weird smells .. walls have some neat drawings of 50's/60's celebrities

First time there and really liked it. My burger was so good! Can't wait to go back and try something else

Kinda really disappointed which is a first because me and my other half love the burgers here and the atmosphere in general and so do my parents. but tonight was a real big draw back for this cute diner I ordered to go for two double cheese burgers with everything on it “all the way” and the person who took my order didn’t seem to understand me and put my order down as two bacon double cheese burgers idk I’m sure I paid extra for the bacon I didn’t ask for it’s not like she spoke up clear for me to hear her I barley heard my total and it’s annoying and a huge disappointment I’m not sure if I’d even want to try again because how much of a disappointment my food was and not to mention when I got it, it wasn’t even hot food and for me being in and out of that place quick it should have been hot when I got it. Unless someone can change my mind I’m not likely to recommend this place to any friends or family I’m more likely to tell them to steer clear instead.

Wait time was absolutely HORRIBLE, and I do mean horrible! Even people who had placed call-in orders were STILL having to WAIT for a good little while once they arrived to pick their food up. They have a note on their menu board that suggests that you call your orders in ahead of time next time "if you're in a hurry," but from what we witnessed while there, that doesn't make much difference at all in getting your food quicker. Plus a lot of times, they won't even answer the phone so that you CAN place a call-in order. We had to wait SO LONG that the first portion of our order (that they'd already bagged & handed to us) was cold before we ever got the other part of the food we ordered. And when we asked staff how much longer we'd be waiting (because at this point we'd been waiting, I kid you not, over 20-25+ minutes for the last plate in our small order) we got rather rude responses from employees, which was definitely not appreciated. They never once ever apologized for the extremely long wait, and there was no empathy towards paying customers or anything; very poor customer service. The prices are a bit steep, too. Now I will say, though, that their burgers are hand-patted and remained a nice size even after cooked. The food needs more seasoning & flavor for sure, but overall it was a solid meal...once we finally received it.

This is a great local diner! The hamburgers and milkshakes are the best, but they also have just about anything else you could expect from a classic diner like this. Super friendly staff and the food is made to order, so it'll always be hot and fresh! I definitely recommend giving it a shot if you're passing through (if you live here you already know)!
