Cup of Joy Espresso

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I’ve worked in coffee and it’s not always easy. I understand that. I want to support local. But Ive tried four or five times and my coffee is never good. I ask for X amount of shots, white chocolate, fill the cup with ice and top it with some half and half. They hand me and iced breve latte every single time. Ive tried ordering it as an iced Americano with no water, I’ve tried ordering it as an iced espresso, ive tried saying LOTS of ice, I’ve tried saying EXTRA EXTRA ice. I get a cup of cream and half an inch of tiny ice bits every. Single. Time. And I’m pretty sure what they’re doing is filling the cup with ice and pouring the shots over it and then adding cream, which I understand is how they might have been trained, but that’s not what I asked for. Tried again today and it was the same. I literally threw it out and went to Starbucks…..

Consistently perfectly made drinks no matter it be morning or afternoon! Perfect temperature and when I get my kid a steamer they have a kid temp. When I started going here they remembered what drinks I ordered on the 3rd day which I appreciate greatly!!! Best coffee in town and best service!!! ****NEW** self insulated cups the keep drinks warmer longer and don't require a sleeve ????

I love going to Cup of Joy for all my caffeine needs! Perfect drinks every time, even when I’m not sure what I want to order that day. The girls there are always so nice and wearing a smile, especially the owner Joy! Huge variety of drinks and some food options. Kid friendly and pet friendly options as well.

The best coffee stand in ephrata by far. They are always so friendly and the product is consistently great, prices are fair and you get your order quickly. Their daily specials are inventive and interesting and you can feel comfortable In trying anything new because it will always turn out delicious! 10/10 recommend.

We ordered 6 drinks, and the service was super fast and great! Drinks are delicious. So many alternative milk options too ????
