Don't not book room here! Property and management is okay but it's the Chinese club from the property that is the BIGGEST problem! If you want a good nice rest you aren't going to get it! These people are BLASTING music up till the early morning! I called several times complaining about the music being too loud and they ignored me! Asked property manager about it.... Oh there's nothing we can do. So be forewarned! Do not book this property if you want peace and quiet!

The front desk clerk on duty at check-in was extremely rude. Paid for 2 rooms, 1 room, the guys weren't arriving till late that night, when they arrived, arrived at the hotel @ 12 pm and went in the room , it was occupied by 3 other people. The front office closed at 10 pm, so security and some other rude woman that worked there after hours had to locate a room for the guys to stay in that nite. The room had no working bathroom, so the guys couldn't use it or take showers or anything else. On top of all that, prior to our arrival at the hotel, I called hometown suites to make reservations and asked them if the roach problem at this had been resolved and I was told it had been. I found out different later that evening, and the next day when the guys got a different room.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. The rooms are filthy and smells disgusting. As I opened the door I asked for a room change and the unprofessional front desk personnel told me she can’t do anything until Monday. Which was the end of my stay booked. I showed her the alive and dead roaches in the refrigerator and around the room. I showed her the unswept and unmopped floors, the water splashed mirrors, the mildew on the kitchen counter, kitchen walls and bathroom shower. The lights wouldn’t even stay on. At times I had to knock the switch for it to come back on. I was left to sleep in that room for two days. Good thing I didn’t or I would not be alive typing this review. I had to find another hotel the same night I went. To date the property has been contacted regarding a refund however they will not be professional or fair and conduct business fairly. How this hotel passes the states requirement I’m unclear! But they will NEVER see my face again nor will they get any recommendations. This hotel is clearly for the homeless to rest when winter time comes. It could never be for travelers nor for tourist. The way the hotel was advertised is nothing but a mere scam for your money.

So during our stay we were left to clean the room they gave us by ourselves so no housekeeping. Not sure what that was about ???????????

I relocated from Alabama to Georgia and was not sure how the transition would go. I had researched different extended stay locations and chose Crossland Economy Studios @ 6295 Jimmy Carter Blvd. I, undoubtedly, made a great choice. From the moment of my arrival i was made to feel comfortable. The room was clean, the grounds of the property were well-maintained and inviting, and the overall surrounding areas were peaceful. From the front office staff, Consuela and Nicole, to the maintenance staff, to the room attendants/chamber maids, everyone has been warm, polite, and courteous. As a rule, you don't stay anywhere you're not comfortable. Well, guess what? I've been here now for two months....... with no complaints whatsoever. Kudos to the Crossland Economy Studios staff @ 6295 Jimmy Carter Blvd!!!
