The worst part? Bugs. I saw roaches in the bathroom and even in the main living space. I complained to the front desk, and their response was a shrug and a half-hearted “we’ll send someone up.” No one ever came. Thats not even the worst part they don’t give clean sheets they don’t provide housekeeping… But Hey here’s the kicker a couple weeks ago me and my family was traumatize after we seen the police department removed a unalived person that was renting from them no one didn’t check on the male untill he missed 2 room payments they don’t care about your safety there rude and shows no remorse towards anyone if I could give them a NEGATIVE 20 stars I would ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK

The staff are very helpful and friendly they go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable

Me and my 7 month old baby slept here for two days. As we are visiting and my son whole body broke out in tiny red bumps. And the management didnt try to do anything about it. They wouldn't even give me my money back . My baby has been to many hotels and this has NEVER HAPPENED TO HIM . I will be sueing and send his medical bills their way . I would not recommend they do t take responsibility for anything bad that happens at their hotel . Especially if it's on there part . Who can I call for help with this hotel

Roaches, they're not terrible but they are there. Cable channels pretty wack too, I mean they have BET, USA, FX, TLC, NAT GEO, DISC but they don't have VH1 or MTV or NBC -- mind you the schedule is the same for all channels pretty much weekly you know what's gonna be on already.

Bed definitely had bed bugs or something, left the place itchy and still feel it the next day. Doubt they wash anything between guests. Don’t even provide a trash can in the room or even 1 towel to use the shower.
