Courtyard Oyster Bar & Grill

I've always gone here to hang out with friends and have a drink. Recently, I've started to try the food here and didn't realize what I've been missing out on. The food is actually really good! The raw oysters, fried catfish nuggets, and fried green tomatoes were all delicious! Our server was very friendly and took very good care of us. Thanks for the good time and great food. Had rock n roll band, very good danceable. No IPA beers on tap. Complimentary popcorn. Staff personable & accommodating.

Liked it alot. This place is tucked away in the corner of a plaza. Had some raw oysters and some fried oysters, both were good. Fries were a tad salty, but then again so was the popcorn. Geee let me see, salt N drinking as a marketing strategy...perhaps try lowering the price of the drinks, I'll take care of lowering my blood pressure, right?

All is good here, but at night, prepare to wait up to 50 minutes for food to come out. You might as well eat before you go in because you are going to WAIT if you order anything from the kitchen, every single time. There will be nobody in the place and it'll take 40-50 minutes for anything you order. Kitchen needs serious focus on ticket times because shrimp, chicken, or catfish does not take over half an hour to prepare and serve.

My husband's band Morning Would play every other Sunday night here and when I go with him everyone is so nice and the people that work there are fantastic. Always a good Sunday night with great food.
