Food was delicious. Salsa is high quality and the cheese dog is so good with a little bit of spice to it. I hear they are putting a pool table and dart boards in the back bar area (the photo I'm uploading).they said it will just be a couple weeks til they have all of it up and running how they want it. I definitely enjoyed the food and the staff was extremely kind and efficient. I'll be returning here often.

Wonderful early Father's Day dinner at BOHEMIA BAR & GRILL on Highway 31 South in Alabaster! Our new favorite Mexican restaurant...would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Very friendly and attentive staff took excellent care of us. Hubby and I got the BOHEMIA PARRILLADA (For two): delicious perfectly grilled scallops, tilapia, chicken, steak, and 2 shrimp/veggie skewers. Also came with 2 plates of rice, beans, flour tortillas, and all the toppings for only $25.50. Even after we ate, we still had a full box of leftovers to take home. We will definitely be back...got to have more of those THIN chips and flavorful salsa!

Edited to add.. Gave it a second go. Sadly, it took close to an hour to get our food and there were only two other customers in the place. Taco salad came out lukewarm and soupy. Yuck! New place in town. Husband and I each ordered the Bohemian Fajitas and my 14 year old had enchiladas. There is a kids menu which includes American cuisine for the picky eater. My ten year old had a large cheeseburger and fries which he scarfed down happily. Food was excellent, and they were very generous with the chips and salsa. Very friendly folks! We will be back!

Ok, most people think Mexican food is all the same...well in the US. Not true, the food at this restaurant was horrible, had only one server and a young girl helping that didn't speak English. We waited for a long time for service, never got drink refills and did I mention the food was horrible and tasteless. Good thing is they were trying, very nice and the margaritas and chips were great. Will I try it again? No! There are too many Mexican restaurants to spend money and enjoy your visit. If you can get into Zappapan, it's great.

Went during the day and food was so-so. Hard rice(ugh) but fajitas were good. Nice tacos, but enchilada tasted like they were out of the can. Maybe all this place needs is a health inspection? Completely empty when we walked in...like everyone was hiding in the back. Just weird.
