This place makes the best Chinese food in the region by a significant margin. It’s always very fresh and high quality which is why almost every person I saw at the restaurant was ordering the same Chinese combo. Quality: 5/5 Superb. Easily the best in town. Pork has a light crisp to it so you know it’s not reheated. Everything tastes fresh. Very balanced flavours. Speed: 4/5 15min wait but that’s reasonable given the quality. Value: 4/5 The portion sizes are decent for an $18 combo. About average for this region. Atmosphere: 3/5 A bit awkward. Very small inside and no front counter so you walk in and start hunting for a table. It feels cramped. Things are very compact due to the layout. Finding parking this area can be difficult; street parking only. It was a very cold day outside and it was a bit chilly inside.

I had a breakfast wrap with hash potatoes and bottomless coffee for about $18 plus tax and tip. Wrap and potatoes tasted good, large portions I couldn't finish. Coffee was very good. Service was good too. UPDATE: I have visited once a week or so for the last nine months. Every meal has been tasty, and the staff are top notch, and greet me by name. Highly recommended.

Has been a trusted old time cafe in our town for many years…the Chinese special every day is so good and a huge amount of food so be prepared to take home the leftovers!! The waitresses are always wonderful and very good at their jobs - excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner - highly recommend!!

Good food, very friendly and attentive staff, very nice vibe. Don't get me wrong, this is not a gourmet restaurant, it is good diner food served fresh. We had breakfast, eggs done as we ordered them, excellent, juicy sausages, nice thick, tasty bacon. The hash browns looked to be baked potatoes that had been grated and fried, which is what I like. A little bland perhaps, but not greasy, next time I'll ask for onions. The sourdough toast was good, jam on the side. Unlimited coffee. All for $11.00 and change, can't beat that. Lots of regulars, all greeted by name. While we were there I noticed a sign talking about a Chinese food special. Sounded good, I will have to give it a try, they offer takeout.
