Coffee House New Orleans

Coffee House New Orleans' Vietnamese coffee may be the best version of Vietnamese iced coffee I've had. Coffee was strong with fresh ground beans, condensed milk was not diluted. The owners are super pleasant. Also got a cheese panini (crunchy, tender, cheesy) and cheese danish that I may just save for tomorrow.

The best coffee place! My grandma and I are hooked and we come here frequently. Perfect pick me up in the mornings. The coffee is so good every time! I love the cold brew and my grandma loves the mocha frappe. And the staff are SO wonderful and nice it adds to why we love going! Great spot!

All though I think their coffee is really good and it’s such a cute space, the hospitality is NOT there! They are never behind the counter and when you walk in it seems like you bothered them from whatever they were doing. If the hospitality would change I’d definitely go more often. It’s never a good experience to not be greeted and plainly asked what do you want, a smile would go a long ways here.

Coffee tasted burnt!! It was almost like they didn’t clean out the coffee maker. It tasted like burnt potatoes! ( Odd taste but that’s what it tasted like) I went back to the coffee shop after I left to ask them to remake it for me, the owner caught an attitude with me because I told him that the coffee tasted burnt I asked him if I could sub it for an iced coffee instead he told me no gave me another hot coffee that tasted even worse than the first one. Wasted 20$ there on coffee for my family and I and it was terrible. Worst customer service, never going back! *advice for owner* If a customer is telling you they don’t like something regardless of what you think, you’re supposed to fix the problem not go back and forth with them.. the reason you’re even in business is because of the customers so why argue with them? Do better.

Randomly closed at 3 after I planned to have a work meeting. He was not very nice about it and essentially pushed me out of the store. I definitely will not go back. The guy was too busy talking about grindr.
