Circle T Car Wash

This is my second time here and I remember why I don’t visit more often. Just went through (literally took these photos next door after the wash) and got the most expensive wash-touchless. We have a white car and it is still covered in dust/dirt that is visible. It’s not like we went in with a car covered in mud. Just typical dirt. Also, still full of bugs. Sadly, we will have to go a little further for a higher quality wash.

Let me explain my 1??. I have often come to this car wash with both my 2 personal vehicles and my work vehicles. I always go into the self-service bay and typically do two cycles per vehicle. The self wash bay has 2 wash areas, one behind the other. The problem that management is aware of is that the 2nd bay in does not drain. The result is that after a few washes, there accumulates 6 inches of water. I like many people, don't wear rain boots to the car wash. I anticipate some over spray but can usually get it done without getting wet. So what many locals do is park in the 1st station and wash their vehicle to avoid the large flooded area. So I stopped by with my two boys to wash my truck, we were actually going to grab a donut and decided to wash the truck because the place was empty. I pulled in and stopped at the 1st bay, I got out of my truck as did my boys. I was met by a short grayish haired man, mustache, and a hat. I'm assuming he must work there but never stated so. As I went toward the payment system, I was yelled at to move my vehicle. I was told I'm blocking other people from using the car wash. I looked at this guy in disbelief because of the way he was scolding me. I told my boys to get into the truck that we were leaving. As I pulled through the 6 inches of water to exit the car wash, my 7 year old asked why I got yelled at. As a side note... we went and parked at dunkins and ate our donuts on the tailgate of my truck. We sat there for a half hour, and not one person entered that car wash. Good job guy!!

I have read several reviews on here complaining about the same attendant, I am assuming. I avoid coming here now if I see he is working… older gentle men with a mustache…. Even if he is following protocol he is rude and gruff and not someone I would ever want representing my business…. I have had several instances with him and after tonight am done… Previously I have parked and threw trash in the barrel while I was wiping down the inside before I vacuum, he came over and angrily was emptying the barrels mumbling about how I can’t just come throw out my trash and banging around the buckets to the point I felt so uncomfortable I did leave with out vacuuming or washing the outside and went to Epping instead…. another time I saw he was on after parking at the vacuums and he kept looking over so I pulled out and just went to Dunks and planned to go to Epping (which is out of my way since I live right down the road) as I was in line at Dunks he came over by my car again SHOUTING about me throwing away my trash (I literally did nothing since I saw he was on and still didn’t like how he reacted previously) The. tonight after work I wanted to just clean out my car and vacuum and wipe it down and saw he was on… I decided to give it a try and planned to just do it fast! I was throwing trash in the buckets and one of my plastic cups bounced and landed on the ground on the other side because I was rushing…. He immediately started screaming from over at the car wash that I better pick it up! I didn’t know what to do as this man makes me so uncomfortable… I ended up picking it up and just left without doing my car…. HORRIBLE customer service. That is 3 times he cost you business, not to mention the countless times I haven’t gone due to seeing him there and now the fact I will no longer even attempt to come here, and already have told my daughter who is a new driver she is not to come here. I clean out my car at least 2x a week so it is unfortunate I have to travel to do my car especially because I love the vacuums here.

I brought my car through the car wash last night.I paid for the talk of the town car wash $19. My car is a 2023 white car. It looked awful when it was done.I had black streaks coming from my window frames and a dirty coating all over my car you could write on with your finger. I am so disappointed.

Felt welcome as soon as I pulled up into the queue and struck up a conversation with the attendant for a few minutes. He took the time to help guide me through the menu prompts since this was my first time at this wash. I went with the touchless option to get the salt off and it did a great job! Will be coming back ????
