Worst dine-in experienve at cfa. Jake Smith @East Pearland would never. Walked in with my wife just before 3pm (not busy) and there was one person in front of us and 3 more behind came in. Stood for at least 3-4 minutes waiting for our orders to be taken which shouldn't have happened given that there were 2 leads and an employee just standing there talking, one of which made eye contact with us several times before finally coming to the register. Worst part of our time there was the dining room which was disgusting. Every trash can was overflowing, tables weren't clean, floors were wet or sticky, and they had no staff member checking on tables for refills, trash, or anything. Mind you the dining room had about 6 tables occupied. When they brought our food they didn't give us any napkins with it, nor did they offer refills or to get us anything else we may have needed. My food was fine except both of our fries were pretty skimpy. My wife's 3ct strips were basically XL nuggets, no bigger than my pinky. And for $5? Definitely sticking with East Pearland from here on.

After realizing we forgot our umbrella during heavy rain, the manager kindly escorted us to our car under an umbrella. Such thoughtful customer service was greatly appreciated.

Only go to this location cause it’s convenient but it’s the worst location!!! Last time they forgot my dressing to my salad and this time I got a dry burger with just chicken and cheese. I always order the same meal and it always comes with lettuce and tomatoes BUT JUST CHEESE AND CHICKEN?? Ruined my day.

My entire order was screwed up. I get a free meal and come by today to get it and no one ever told me the offer expires in 7 DAYS!!! I waited in line for 10mins in the drive thru for the manager just to tell me “SORRY” and I had to loop back around in line again to order. I guess this is how SIGNATURE MEMBERS are dealt with. I just left out of this location driveway I ordered a #1 with no pickles & a sprite. Also a market salad with crispy chicken, add cherry tomatoes & a egg. I was given the wrong salad, no egg no strawberries. I was given a Cobb salad with corn and beans in it. I'm allergic to corn :(
