I’ve been coming here for over a year now and LOVE it. The quality of work is five stars and everyone is kind and hard working (especially Kim who does the best pedicure and foot massage—she cares for my marathon running toes too!). Also, Joy is a little known secret—she does impeccable eyelash extensions. I’ve frequented many fancy lash extension salons in Manhattan; Joy is better than all of them. The spa is clean with warm, gentle lighting for a relaxing experience, and the staff members are kind and inviting.

I’ve been getting dip manicures for 4 years now and I love that my nails never chip or break. I got a dip manicure here for the first time as I was visiting from out of town and within 48 hours 5 nails chipped and/or broke. It was the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had. Although the salon looked clean and pleasant and my nail tech, Nicole, was very nice, I would not recommend getting a dip here.

Wait and then wait some more. I’ve tried several times with appointments, and I sit with one person, get tossed to another and then another. All the while waiting about 10 minutes in between people. It feels like they do not care about the customer’s experiemce, only the volume they serve. Thanks for your response, however, that “spin” you put on my experience is not accurate.

????Well-kept, modernized salon; My local go-to •I’ve never had to wait for a M-F walk-in and the complimentary massage is a plus. If going on the weekend/a holiday, consider scheduling an early appointment or calling ahead of time •I recommend the lavender spa pedicure that includes hot stones & a heated foot bootie during your massage ???? •All of the technicians consistently do a wonderful job & the owner is a genuinely kind person!

My family member, who has a medical service dog, was rudely asked to leave by the owner of this business. This is a blatant disregard to ADA compliance and this interaction disturbed other customers as well. Management needs to review American Disabilities Act laws and regulations. We will not be returning.
