Great service and took their time to produce quality nails. They used a technique I wasn’t familiar with (I’ve been doing my nails for about 24 years) when applying my acrylic nails, but they look great! The ambiance of the location is a bit dated, but I will definitely be going back for the quality of my nails.

Excellent quality experience. My mother in law and I visited and got the mani pedi service together. We were a walk-in on a Friday morning and were able to get served right away. She got a French manicure and it turned out great. The nail polish has held up incredibly well. In over 76 hours since having the nails painted I’ve seen no chips on either of our hands - it looks like my nails were done today. I will definitely be back!

If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. My friend and I had an 11:30 appointment for pedicures, our first time at this salon. There were 3 people working but yet they overbooked and scheduled over 4 appointments at 11:30 as more people with appointments came in behind us. My friend had an amazing experience with Helen, my experience was horrible. My pedicure started 5 minutes after my friend’s and I had 2 separate people do my pedicure. Both people continuously got up and left me sit there while they worked on other people. We both got the lemon spa pedicure except I did not get even half of what was supposed to be included with this package that I was going to be paying $50 for. Between them getting up to work on other people, the time they actually spent on my pedicure took a total of 20 minutes only because of the 10 minute massage. While my friends took almost the full hour. We complained to the gentlemen who we had to pay to, I’m not sure if he was the owner, and he argued with us that I did not need certain things as my feet were “smooth”. After arguing and stating that my pedicure was horrible he gave me $10 off so I still paid $40 for a pedicure that shouldn’t have even cost $20. I will NEVER go back to this salon and would never recommend anyone to go there as it was a complete rip off.

I should’ve walked out the second he started taking my nails off with his metro card!!! Unsanitary, and I’m sure that’s not ok by standards either (I told him to soak them off like you’re supposed to). I’ve been getting my nails done Since HS and that has NEVER happened before. Then he wanted to argue that I was wrong and I had gel nails and not acrylic... I know what goes on my nails. The only thing gel is the polish. They offered a shoulder massage at the beginning which is nice but I declined and he still tried to give me one at the end which I had to move in order for him to get that I didn’t want one. I asked him to make my nails more narrow and not fat, didn’t do coffin which I normally do but they wanted to charge more for shape. I left so irritated I went to the store and got a file to shape them myself and still went to another location in Mahopac to get them redone. As you see there’s even polish missing and this was right after I left the salon. Terrible.

Best Nails is literally the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Richard is a nail magician, the place is very comfortable and relaxing and the technicians are very nice and friendly.
