Great quieter bar in the quarter. Cheap drinks and more of a local vibe compared to other spots downtown. Would recommend getting the miller high life, but they got most local beers too.

It's an incredible bar ???? Service was unbelievably friendly, and the drinks were top-notch. I went for a bloody mary delivered with a truck load of cajun spice and pickled beans and okra. Being from the UK I also had to go for the pimms Cup and this, again, was epic. Cucumber vodka just took to that level. They don't do food I was told but there's plenty nearby. Great atmosphere too. ???? Highly recommended joint.

If I were forced to name the one quintessential New Orleans dive bar, the Chart Room would have to be at the top. Great and very friendly service, liberal pours and a great grungy atmosphere. This place has it all. This is a cash only bar, but with an ATM in house. A primarily locals bar that anyone should fit right in to. Most people love it and if you get the concept chances are you will too.

Nice old pub in the French Quarter. Good selection of drink options and fast, friendly service.

Great dive bar in the Quarter and probably, on average, the cheapest place to get drinks in the entire French Quarter. It seems to be crowded most of the time, in the afternoon and at night, so getting a seat can be a bit of a challenge. The bartenders usually seem to be pretty quick and on top of things and the crowd is usually interesting.
