Camino Real Mexican Restaurant II

I’m here visiting from GA. The cook here needs to be introduced to more seasonings and I ordered a salsa that had more of a kick to it that came out and was aa plain as the food (they charged me for it). Great service but I have had WAY BETTER TEX-MEX.

Food and service was great. Food came out really quick. Portion size was huge. Being the first time visiting here we were unsure what to order, so we decided to try a burrito to share. It was very tasty and satisfying, big enough to share. The place wasn't overcrowded but steady stream of customers. Also it was nice and clean. Thank you (Kyla?) for your service!!

Authentic Mexican taste. Our server was a delight and made the best jalapeño margarita ever. The “medium” is huge with thick slices of jalapeño and cucumber. A must try. The Aztec Guac was yummy but the avocados were a bit harder than I normally like, still pretty good. We couldn’t stop eating the house salsa and chips. I ordered Corn Chicken Street Tacos but was disappointed they didn’t come with toppings of cilantro and lime as pictured on the menu. The corn tortillas were ridiculously hot which had me believed they might have been microwaved. I would come back again.

Finally made it to Camino Real Mexican and was not disappointed. I ordered the fajita salad and sides of rice & beans and specialty margarita. The food was fresh, delicious, and authentic. The North Syracuse spot is truly a hidden community jewel. I look forward to inviting my friends to join me at my next visit.

Everyone is always so nice and the food is amazing. It’s perfect for a group event and it’s kid friendly. The margaritas are delicious and they have Jarritos!!! My go to is always the Burrito Mexicano and the street tacos. They have so many dessert options. 100% recommend.
