Burrito's Betty

Burrito's Betty is a landmark in Pueblo and its popularity is only rivaled by its delicious food! My favorite order is a beef, bean and cheese burrito with green chili mixed in. The beans are blended until smooth and the cheese is completely melted inside. They are busy most days because the food is so good especially for the low cost. It can be hard to call in an order though so I usually just stop by and enjoy a short wait with other happy customers. FYI this is a take out restaurant, there are 2 picnic tables outside but 99% of customers don't use them.

When I was a little girl , in the 90s my mom used to bring me here. I always got a bean burrito with melted cheese. I know there were times when my mom could not pay . But the lady who ran it at that time was so good to me and my mama. She always would make sure I got my burrito . This is a memory I’m recalling in my 30s and the only way I remembered this was the place was by looking up pictures . This place was down the st from our house . My mom died unexpectedly during the early 2000s. But I have happy memories here. Anyway. Thank you .

Pueblo staple for breakfast burritos. you either love it or hate it but they've been around for a very long time so they're doing something right & hands down worth a try especially over taco stop or a gas station burrito which are essentially the same thing who am I kidding. The service is some what fast depending on time of day as they get busy AF during peak dining hours. also friendly service most the time....not really any space for them to set a mood or atmosphere as it is a take out only spot with like 2 or 3 picnic tables weather permitting. The red salsa is pretty dang good I will say!

Visiting from New Mexico. Trying to find a good burrito place. So I looked up the reviews and this seemed like a good place to try. I'm really big on hot green chile. Got the chicharon, bean and green chile burrito. It was pretty small for the price. There was hardly any chicharon inside and even less green chile. Like I got halfway through the burrito before it tasted just a little bit of green chile. I was pretty disappointed. Maybe I'm spoiled because when you get a burrito and New Mexico there are much bigger and green chile tends to be the focal point of all of our food, not as a minor condiment.

Burritos Betty offers a delectable breakfast experience with their flavorful burritos. Having sampled various options, each burrito was a burst of deliciousness. While the green chili is excellent, a spicier option would elevate the experience. Highly recommended for out-of-towners seeking a delightful breakfast treat.
