Adolfo's Mexican Food

Been here three times and I'm just visiting Pueblo. The food is delicious the portions are generous service is great. It's the little place you shouldn't underestimate. I highly recommend!!

haven't eaten in here in quite a while, but the food has definitely declined from how good it used to be, or maybe its only good after a night of drinking~¿ taquitos were rock hard an dried out, the California didn't come close to slapping like others In the area. The horchata had a funky taste like it sat out in the food cooler all day with no lid or covering. The tamale wasn't bad though ill give em that. Friendly & fast service also.

The Cheese enchilada were pretty yummy. I got them to go and brought them home luckily because the cheese inside wasnt all melted. It reheated well though. I also got a horchata which is very sweet and delicious. The service was very fast and the prices are great! My meal was around 7-8$ There was no wait in line and the wait for my food was around 5 minutes. Facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Usually they are open 24 hours but when the weather is bad like today, expect them to close overnight

Years ago I had Adolfo's in New Mexico and I was hooked. I don't know if it's the same food but this carne asada, their burritos, and their green chile is amazing!!! It is absolutely worth your time to stop by. Skip Chipotle and the others, this is authentic Pueblo!

I love this place! The California burrito is so good! Great service too. I’d recommend this place to anybody.
