Breakfast Cove

My quest to visit all three Breakfast Cove locations is now complete. The consistency between them all is just as amazing as that of a Waffle House. All the breakfast items you would want, plus some Mexican dishes and sandwiches. Great place to stop anytime of the day or night. Will be back when I’m on this road again.

Good place to go for diner-type food. The waffles and pancakes are enormous! Nothing fancy about the place at all. But they serve decent food at decent prices. Better local option than IHOP. I am looking forward to the new one opening in my town.

Today was our last time visiting Breakfast Cove. We will not be back. I wasn't too thrilled with our server to begin with. Her service, while not bad, wasn't very impressive. It just got the job done. But then I noticed a hair on my plate that couldn't have been mine. And then I found another one under my food, and one on top of my pancakes, and one INSIDE my son's pancake, and then several more very small hairs on my plate once I finished eating. I brought the hairs to our servers attention twice and she had my son's pancake re-made, and that is when we found the hair inside the pancake. Our server never apologized for all the hairs. In fact all she did was cross out the pancake from our order on our ticket while not changing the overall price of our meal. Did she think I wouldn't notice?? When I pointed out all the tiny little hairs to her, she took off my son's entire meal and added the pancakes back to my order. For all the hairs in our food they had NO room to be stingy in their discounts. The manager took off a couple more dollars and did apologize for the hairs, but I am so grossed out and feel like they didn't take all the hairs very seriously - he also had me pay for the remainder of our ticket! For the way we found the hairs, the hair has to be in their pancake batter and that is NASTY. We will not go back. Gross. I was so disappointed because all I wanted was pancakes so we went to IHOP. IHOP did not disappoint. Go to IHOP next time!

Food hot fresh and delicious.Server kept checking in on us.Wonderful atmosphere,very clean, and friendly.I will be coming back again.Well worth the money and not expensive.

I always order the Waffle and 2 Chicken strips when I go to"The Cove" yes my own Chicken and waffles... Best ever!! I posted a picture on Instagram and got major likes on it. The only thing I'll order.
