BRANBAR DINER

Don’t hesitate to drive couple miles off I 40 to Branbar Diner! We had a late lunch here. Amazing food and staff. I had the club with house made chips and my husband had chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, fried okra and side salad. They get an A+!

I had the dinner special. Sloppy. Joe with homemade beans and coleslaw. Absolutely delicious! Perfect meal for the end of a long day. The cheesecake was outstanding also. The server even handmade a cup of decaf coffee for me. Sweet group of people there. The other patrons which appear to be all locals are super friendly too. It's nice to have a home-cooked meal at a restaurant off the highway on a long road trip. This is a spot to go just for that. And it's very reasonable

On a road trip and found this place on Google. It is BEYOND fantastic! Fresh food.. extremely friendly staff. We loved the atmosphere. Boyfriend said it was the best club sandwich he'd ever had. The prices are so unbelievably reasonable. Dinner for 2 under 25$ impossible now a days.

Stopped by here as we were driving from west Texas to Alabama. The food was amazing so much better than other options while on the road! The people were super nice. First time having steak fingers they were delicious.

This is a perfect small town cafe. They serve actual homemade food not heated up frozen foods. I was so impressed with the chicken fried steak I believe it's the best I've ever had. I'm not going to lie those fried okra were fried to perfection just like my grandma used to make em.
